Bon Jovi Guitarist Richie Announces One-Off London Date & Tickets

Long time lead guitarist for Bon Jovi named Richie has announced a one-off live date at London's Shepherds Bush Empire for Tuesday 16th October. On Friday 31st of August tickets will go on sale from 9am.

Beside his regular performance as a guitarist in Bon Jovi band, he  has also released two solo albums: 1991's 'Stranger in This Town' and 1998's 'Undiscovered Soul'. His third release, 'Aftermath Of The Lowdown' is set for release on 18th September 2012.

Bon Jovi at Gillette Stadium

Today the Gillette Stadium were headlined by Drew Brees and the Saints,but they may have been joined by a big time rocker.

Bill Belichick and Bon Jovi are good friends of each other since a long time, Bon made his annual visit to Foxborough to see the Patriots practice.

He joined the field just after 2 p.m and was accompanied by Patriots owner Robert Kraft as they stopped by to chat with New Orleans Saints owner Tom Benson during the afternoon practice session.

On the day before afternoon Bon Jovi hit song "Have A Nice Day" blared over the speakers and were heard by the large crowd of fans.

Bon Jovi Not Interested To Join Idol!!!

It has been reported that Bob Jovi has no plan whatsoever to join American Idol.

Following the escape of Jennifer Lopez and Steven Tyler, there are free seats available of judging panel for the talent show.

With all systems go for a new album and a mega-tour on the horizon, Jon wouldn't be able to give those aspiring singers the guidance they deserve," an insider told TMZ.

"Jon wouldn't commit to anything unless he can give 100 per cent. With planning for the next album already underway, he's focused on the band," the insider added.

Bon Jovi not inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame

Bon Jovi was nominated previous year but not inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame.

The Central Jersey band is not even nominated on this year.

Michele Amabile, Ocean Townshipbased WJLK-FM (94.3 The Point) a music journalist and disc jockey to win Bon Jovi News on the nomination was all but speechless.

Amabile said, “I don’t understand. How can you be nominated one year and blown off the next? Why are they snubbed? Is there a New Jersey backlash because of (the MTV show) ‘Jersey Shore?’ ”

At the Izod Center in East Rutherford the bands include are The Beastie Boys, the Cure, Donovan, Eric B. & Rakim, Guns N’ Roses will perform on Nov. 17.

The 2012 nominees for induction into the hall are Heart, Joan Jett and the Blackhearts, Freddie King, Laura Nyro, the Red Hot Chili Peppers, Rufus with Chaka Khan, the Small Faces/Faces, the Spinners, Donna Summer and War make up.

Joel Peresman, president and CEO of the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame Foundation, said in a statement, “The 2012 nominees embody the broad scope of what ‘rock and roll’ means. From vocal groups to hip-hop, from singer-songwriters to hard-rocking artists, this group represents the spirit of what we celebrate at the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame.”
